It's safe to say that the recent volcano eruption that shut down Heathrow and quite a few other airports has had a major impact on world events.  One event that particularly affected Team Elledge was the cancellation of the Japan MotoGP race - a sad occurrence indeed.  This was especially frustrating considering that Japan was only the second race of the season!  

 

Paul is of course supporting Ducati team members Nicky Hayden and Casey Stoner, while Leasha is cheering on her favorite - Valentino Rossi (who happened to win at Qatar).  In a surprising decision, James has chosen to follow GP rookie Marco Somoncelli.  This is James' first year of following MotoGP, and his reason for picking Marco was that, "Marco has the best hair in MotoGP - hands down."  We'll see if that hair helps Marco land any podiums this year...

 

Looking towards the summer, Team Elledge is super excited about another year of racing, and barring any unfortunate events (such as another volcano eruption) members of our team anticipate attending both the Laguna Seca and Indy GP races.  Perhaps we'll see you there?
