The phone-as-image-capturing-device revolution has been going on for a while now, and the iPhone in particular has begun a bit of a stampede in the development of photo-related applications for phones.  As image makers, we can definitely benefit from the technical aptitude of those who build these apps, but it can be a bit daunting at this point to sort through all of the options.  The New York Times recently published an article giving their take on which photo apps are best for what you want to do.  You can find the article HERE.  The article highlights two of our studio's favorite apps; CameraBag and ShakeItPhoto, but there are plenty of others to check out if you are so inclined.
